Mr. Gross is responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, executing investments, and supporting various aspects of RidgeLake’s day-to-day operations. Prior to joining Apogem in 2025, Mr. Gross was a Vice President at Hunter Point Capital where he focused on GP stakes investment opportunities. Before that, he was a Vice President in the Financial Institutions Group of Lazard’s investment banking division, advising asset and investment management firms on strategic matters. He began his career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Mr. Gross holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
