Mr. Amacher joined RidgeLake Partners in 2024 as Managing Director, Strategic Partnerships. Before joining RidgeLake, he spent over 11 years as a Managing Director at BDT & MSD Partners, where he established the firm’s Strategic Partners Group and built relationships globally across private equity, real estate, and private credit. Previously, he was Managing Director and Head of Global Capital Formation at Balyasny Asset Management. Mr. Amacher has also held leadership roles at New York Life Investment Management and United Asset Management. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University.
