Ms. Pagel is responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, executing investments, and supporting RidgeLake Partners’ day-to-day operations. At OA, she supports the OA GP Stakes Portfolio. Prior to joining OA, she was a private equity analyst at Blackford Capital, focusing on the underwriting and execution of lower middle market transactions and supporting portfolio companies in the business services and consumer products industries. Ms. Pagel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Economics from Grand Valley State University.
